Operational Framework Agreement

Welcome to HilmiWorks. By accessing our platform, requesting diagnostic consultation, downloading our Strategy Deck, submitting candidate credentials, or utilizing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Sourcing & Recruitment Engagement

Our sourcing operations, high-volume pipeline access, and candidate matching are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed with our enterprise clients:

  • Time-to-Fill SLAs: While our average time-to-fill metric is 12 days, timelines are subject to specific industry technical specifications and target market volumes.
  • Candidate Verification: HilmiWorks carries out rigorous preliminary skill screening and reference checks. However, final onboarding checks, internal testing, and credential verification remain the ultimate responsibility of the hiring employer.

2. Candidate Vetting Integrity

Candidates submitting resumes or undertaking technical and cognitive screening panels through the HilmiWorks database must provide 100% accurate, truthful, and representative credentials, educational history, and employment backgrounds. Submitting false credentials will result in immediate disqualification and removal from all active sourcing databases.

3. Search Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, design files, automated pipelines, diagnostic frameworks, and presentation assets displayed on the HilmiWorks Knowledge Hub or inside the Pitch Deck are the exclusive intellectual property of HilmiWorks Recruitment Consultancy:

  • Clients agree to treat all candidate dossiers, portfolios, and vetting diagnostic scores as strictly confidential.
  • Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering HilmiWorks sourcing tools, site copy, or recruitment process metrics without written authorization is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

HilmiWorks shall not be held liable for any post-hire operational conflicts, personnel performance metrics, or financial damages arising from a candidate's employment. We serve as a strategic selection and matching consultancy, and the employment contract is signed directly between the client organization and the employee.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or regulatory proceedings arising from the use of our services or candidate sourcing systems shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
